How long does my order take to ship?

Due to an increase in orders, we’re still adjusting to the workload and it’s taking longer than expected to get orders shipped - we are a very small, family business operating from our house - we appreciate your patience!

Small prints usually ship within a week or two, while clothing can take up to three weeks as it’s often made to order.

Some listings will have expected ship time in the item descriptions - sometimes it’s over three weeks like when it’s a preorder- so make sure you read them before purchasing.

If you have a specific date you’d like something by, you can email us and we will try our best to get it to you by then (:

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! But not everywhere. If when checking out your country/address isn’t accepted, email us and we’ll try to get it set up.

Global tracking not working when you search in USPS?

The automatic search engine used when clicking on our tracking numbers doesn’t always work when it’s for a global order - it says there’s no information for that number. Instead, copy that number and search it here. That should produce accurate tracking information.

What is your return policy? 

We will replace any damaged goods due to mailing mishaps. Please contact us if you’d like a refund for any reason.

Why do some items ship separately?

If you ended up ordering items from two or more artists, those items will likely ship separately. It will be noted on the the items you receive first that the rest will be coming.
